TITUS Band Members:
Nathan Miller-Lead vocals,guitar
Paul Timmons-Drums
Clayton Jensby-Bass
Christian Avila-Guitar,vocals

We had the opportunity to check out
TITUS at The Homegrown Festival in Hastings,Ne.
These guys have a such unigue style all of their own
and their version of "Amazing Grace' was rockin'!!
we enjoyed their set and we hope to be able to catch
a show again sometime soon.

How Did You Come Up With Your Band Name?
Read the message in the book of TITUS and it made sense to us. Teach the young people to live their lives like good Christian people. (in a nutshell)

How Long Have You Been Together As A Band?
Less than a year!! Started playing in March '06'

What's The Funniest Thing That's Happened At One of Your Shows?
We were playing in a church and a mosh pit started. Some kid fell(knocked down) right at my feet.   Forgot the lyrics of a song I wrote!! Laughing does that.

What is One Thing you Want Our Readers To Know About Your Band?
Paul is the biggest fishing freak!
If Clayton could marry a resturant,it would be Sonic!
Nate loves Hunting. Christian likes shooting guns.

Where Do Each Of You See Yourself in 10 years?
We would like to be a well known band in this area. Would like to hear our music on K-Love and other Christian stations around the country.

Where Did You Grow Up?
Paul and I grew up on Wood River. Clayton in Hastings and Christian grew up in Arizona or New Mexico, or somewhere down that a way.   Heck I don't know if he has grown up yet!!

What Person or Artist Would You Like To Meet?
All the 60's, 70's and 80's bands we listened to. Casting Crowns,Third Day, Newsboys, Kutless, Mark Schultz, should I keep going?

What's The Biggest Reward To You From Being In This Group?
I wish I could say the money, but I can't. When you write a song and someone says they like the message in it.   Just people saying they liked our performance.   Being in a band with a family and career is difficult, but
when someone says YOU ROCK! it makes it worth it.

What's the Biggest Challenge For You As A Band?
Creating time to practice and work on new material. Finding local venues that want Christian music.   Getting your sound equipment to the show in 4 vehicles or less.   (gas prices suck!)

Who Or What Are Your Biggest Influences?
Other bands, family, friends, and fans, but mostly God and his son Jesus Christ. A man who gave the ultimate sacrifice, his life.   In "Slow Down" (one of our songs) the lyrics say "For I'll take your cross, and give
you a crown."   That's what he did.
